This privately owned company is engaged in the production of processed seafood. The company was set up in May of 1991 and is based in Spain. Its registered business office is located in La Antigua, a municipality in the province of León. The La Antigua location enable the company to deliver to its customers in less than 24 hours anywhere in the Iberian region and 72 hours in Europe. With a modern factory covering approximately 6,500 square meters, the company specializes in producing Lomo Imperial smoked Scottish salmon (loin, slices, center part, sides, and gourmet selection), smoked Norwegian salmon (slices and sides), smoked trout, smoked Scottish salmon slices in oil (La Balinesa brand), semi-preserved seafood, and cooked fish meals. Its factory utilizes the newest technologies and with the strictest quality assurance in the reception of raw materials, the process and the finished product.
